I want a love like Johnny and June.

Oh there's something 'bout a man in black,
Makes me want to buy a cadillac,
Throw the top back,
And roll down to Jackson town,
I wanna be there on the stage with you,
You and I could be the next rage to,
Hear the crowd roar,
Make 'em want more,
Kick the footlights out,

I wanna love like Johnny and June,
Rings of fire burnin' with you,
I wanna walk the line,
Walk the line,
'Till the end of time,
I wanna love,
Love ya that much,
Cash it all in,
Give it all up,
When you're gone,
I wanna go too,
Like Johnny and June,

I wanna hold you baby right or wrong,
Build a world around a country song,
Pray a sweet prayer,
Follow you there,
Down in history,

I wanna love like Johnny and June,
Rings of fire burnin' with you,
I wanna walk the line,
Walk the line,
'Till the end of time,
I wanna love,
Love ya that much,
Cash it all in,
Give it all up,
When you're gone,
I wanna go too,
Like Johnny and June,

Like Johnny and June,
More than life itself,
No-one else,
This here is promise,
They don't make love like that anymore,
Is that too much to be askin' for,

I wanna love like Johnny and June,
Rings of fire burnin' with you,
I wanna walk the line,
Walk the line,
'Till the end of time,
I wanna love,
Love ya that much,
Cash it all in,
Give it all up,
When you're gone,
I wanna go too,
Like Johnny and June,

Like Johnny and June,
And when we're gone,
There'll be no tears to cry,
Only memories of our lives,
They'll remember, remember,
A love like that.

Johnny and June

I love this song. It's so nicely written.

I did these Book Covers for a Class. They are all of Lauren Weisberger's Books. She is one of my favorite authors.

Graduation

I graduate in 5 weeks. I can't even grasp that, seriously time has flew by. I guess looking back, being a young little freshman in college was a long time ago. I have changed so much. I appreciate things a lot more then I did a few years ago. One thing in particular is my mom, I looked back at all the old blog posts I had on this and I was a little harsh toward my mom. But when I was home all the time, we fought a lot. Now that I can step back from the situation, I know that she was just trying to keep me safe. Personally, I think she did a great job of raising me and I'm glad that I can finally make her proud. Graduating is scary. I have no clue what the future holds for me, there are so many options, all the possibilities freak me out a little bit, but I am really excited. I am really going to miss the people that became my family in Rochester though. I really could not have been blessed with a better group of friends then the ones that I made my freshman year of college. We really are one big family, I know that in the future we will all come together as we have for the past four years and we will have the time of our lives because that is what we do best. The summer can't even keep us all apart, so I doubt that graduating college will. I know I said that I wasn't going to make this a personal blog, but I just wanted to let some people know that they rock my world and always will.

some cool art

This is the new painting style that I have been working in. I really like these. The first two are going to be exhibited in Gallery R starting on April 18. Go check them out!

attempting to blog again

Hi Everyone. So I went back and looked at all the posts that I did on this in the past. I have to say that they were a little embarrassing. So I saved them all as drafts so that I can go back and laugh at them in the future. I want to start this up again, but I want for it to be a little less personal and more of a diary of things that I may stumble upon in my every day life, or even pieces of work that inspire me or I create. Hopefully I can be successful at keeping up with the posts and getting people to look at this again!

Peace N Love
